Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William and you're listening to the medical medium radio show where each
week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about health, much
of which is not found anywhere else and is decades ahead of what's out there now. As I've always said,
who has 10 or 20 or 30 years to wait for answers to their illnesses? Do you have 10 years to wait
or 15 years to wait before you get an answer? Well, we need to start moving forward with this.
Life is precious and there's no time to spare. Today's show is about the epidemic of hidden
PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder that almost every soul on this planet is dealing with in some
way, shape, or some form. From chronic illness to challenging emotional experiences, today I will
shed light on the true causes and treatment for PTSD in this eye-opening episode. A little bit
about me for anyone who just, you know, logged on here and really don't know a lot about me
since the age four, I woke up one morning and heard a voice perfectly loud and clear
from the outside of my body. From the outside, I heard it just like someone standing there
talking to you. Just like having a conversation with someone, a fluent conversation. At all times,
this voice comes and tells me what's wrong with someone's health, what they're dealing with,
what's happening inside the body. And it forces me to do a scan on that person. And it forces me
to have that information, whether I like it or not. So I've dedicated my entire life into using
this to help people, to get them what they need. I've helped recover tens of thousands of people
over the years, giving them answers and getting them to that point. So that's a little bit about
me. So let's talk about PTSD. Have you heard about PTSD? I think you probably have, right? I mean,
it's very possible. It's out there. We know that term. We often think about PTSD when it comes to
war veterans, right? And that's how we kind of hear it. We say, well, it must be through war,
war veterans who suffer from trauma and have seen so much. And war veterans need that validation.
Absolutely. They really need that validation because they didn't get it beforehand. They
really didn't. Let's go back to the Civil War just for a few seconds. The Civil War, when someone had
trauma and wasn't coping with it, they called it homesickness. Now, the medical community
called it homesickness. That was the best they had back then. So no matter what was going on,
well, it must be homesickness. And that's what was happening. World War I, the trauma that people
endured, it was called something else. The medical communities got together and they used their
smartest minds and they got shell shock. That's what they got. They got shell shock. They figured,
hey, there's a bomb exploding near you. It's rattling the person. Let's deem this shell shock.
And that's around World War I. We haven't gone too much further since then, believe it or not,
even with our best minds, apparently. So by 1980, trauma, Vietnam War, was coined PTSD,
post-traumatic stress disorder.
Yeah, so that means that after an experience,
such as like Vietnam,
you have problems, emotional problems, sensitivities.
And so that was the coined term then.
But it took a long time for the medical world
to validate these veterans' suffering
and to off even the validation,
the context, or any treatment whatsoever.
But it's like that with a lot of things.
But we're not done there.
We're not done with that coined terminology of PTSD because of Vietnam War.
We're not done there.
We're not.
It doesn't stop there at all.
See, the truth is millions of people, millions, that's right,
millions of people suffer from PTSD, a form of PTSD,
from their daily life living here on earth,
from daily life traumas that no one's talking about,
that people aren't getting validation for.
We all have some form of PTSD.
We really do.
We really, really do.
I had one client tell me,
I can't have my coffee without sugar in it.
It makes me go crazy.
I can't handle it.
I was given a coffee without sugar,
and I couldn't take it. I had an anxiety attack because there was some trauma there. Believe it
or not, there was something going on there. It roots down to the simplest levels that we can have
this PTSD. We really can. The medical community to acknowledge and validate PTSD reminds me of
chronic fatigue syndrome, and how years and years and years, we weren't validated. Women weren't
validated for their symptoms. The best they could come up with was you're lazy. That's right. Join
the PTA. I know I've said that before. Join the PTA. You've heard this out of me before, but it
also kind of correlates with the PTSD, so I have to bring it up again. So we were told we were
bored. We're told we were lazy. Then years later, years later, we've got the tag CFS,
chronic fatigue syndrome. We're chronically fatigued. Kind of like, remember Shellshock?
So that's the next level. So just like Shellshock, CFS. Then it moved on from CFS with still not a
lot of validation. Believe me, very few people still got validation and still even today get
validation for being tired. Trust me, I know very few people out there. And it moved on to ME
slash CFS. It's kind of an encephalitis variety of CFS. They're thinking, well, maybe something's
swelling. Some type of inflammation is swelling in the body. So we got that fancy label.
Then we got systemic exertion intolerance disease. It moved on to a new label. Chronic fatigue
syndrome is not called chronic fatigue syndrome anymore. It's called systemic exertion intolerance
disease. It makes people feel a little better at first because they got a tag that sounds like it
was something special. Sounds like, whoa, they're heard, they're validated. But yet medical, the
medical world isn't any further with what causes CFS on any level, what causes systemic exertion
intolerance disease, just like the medical communities have not gotten to the point of
what causes PTSD. Is it the bomb exploding or is it being bullied? Is it being bullied at work?
Is it being bullied as a child? Is it a divorce? Is it a loved one sick? Is a loved one passing?
I mean, I've seen people where they've had a loved one sick and the ambulance would come to
the house a lot. That's right. The ambulance would constantly come to the house because of a loved
one was sick. And then all they would have to hear is an ambulance. It didn't matter where they were,
what they were doing. They would hear that ambulance somewhere out there in the city,
or they would hear it in a neighborhood and it would trigger them and they would start to shake.
But what causes that?
We're still so far away from knowing what can cause that.
We could say, oh, maybe because they have a sick loved one and it was just too much.
And, you know, maybe we hear it.
No.
And medical communities don't acknowledge really anything to do with it.
They don't have answers to this PTSD.
I mean, if a friend backstabs you.
you can get from a real serious PTSD.
If you lose trust, you can get some serious PTSD.
If trust is broken, how many of you have something you trusted or trusted in
or someone you trusted in, it turned around and it broke the trust?
How many of you?
Have you felt that?
Have you dealt with that?
Is it a relationship?
Is it a loss?
Did your car break down?
You don't trust your car anymore?
you can have PTSD from your car breaking down. You can. I know someone has PTSD because they
ran out of gas on a highway one time. They have to have the gas always filled to the brim.
They go to the gas station every five minutes on their route, wherever the route is. They even map
their routes out. So they go find the closest gas station. And if the gas station is a little too
far away and that tank is going down from full and it's just starting to edge down, they get
either an anxiety attack, they get nervous, they get upset, they get emotional, they get worried,
they get flashbacks of running out of gas on that highway one day many years ago.
And so they have to stop at every single gas station every five minutes and they have to put
intense sense of gas. That sounds pretty crazy, right? Sounds pretty a little overboard. No,
it's not. It's not at all. It's not at all. You get burned on a stove, you're going to be worried
about that stove. You really are. The old burn your hand on a stove. You could have post-traumatic
stress disorder from that, PTSD from that. You can get it anywhere, anyhow. It's out there,
and there's no validation for it.
There really isn't.
The only validation for it, unless it's a severe trauma,
whether it's a trauma here or it's a trauma somewhere overseas,
whether it's a trauma that's not war-related but a trauma,
then you can get a little bit of that label.
You can see counseling, and a counselor might say,
well, I think you have PTSD because that was a serious car accident.
There's people that have just fender benders, little fender benders.
And they have PTSD from a little bit of a fender bender.
So just like the bogus labels for all the mystery illnesses out there that I write about and talk about in my book,
and we're going to explore all the way through this show in the future each week,
just like those bogus labels of the mystery illnesses out there,
and you get the different CFS tags and no validation or it just keeps on going,
but no one knows what causes CFS.
Spirit knows what causes CFS. Spirit does. I write about it in the book. Give you the explanation
exactly what it is. The spirit's ahead all the time and has to be. Here's an example of being
ahead. We think about the sun and vitamin D. What comes to your mind when you think about vitamin D?
Oh, the sun. Or we need vitamin D because the sun doesn't give it to us anymore or doesn't create
out of us anymore, right? The vitamin D thing, it's all the rage. Everybody's got to be on vitamin D.
I prefer vitamin D3, but everybody has to be on vitamin D. That's the whole thing,
because it's all about the sun. Well, let me tell you something. The sun creates
and brings out more in us than you can possibly imagine and makes that vitamin D look like a joke,
but we're 100 years from knowing what the sun gives us.
Every single vitamin and nutrient and enzyme,
every cofactor in our body,
everything gets elevated and strengthened with the sun
and the sun hitting you.
It really does.
Never mind vitamin D.
That's actually ridiculous.
And down the road, you'll see, you'll learn, you'll see.
There's a lot more things coming from the sun,
but nobody really cares about what else to study and comes from the sun and what elevates our body.
You could take someone, keep them out of the sun, feed them the same food as you take someone else
and have them in the sun feeding the same food or the same person. You can test their blood work.
You can look around in there and see different minerals and vitamins. And then you take them
out of that area and you put them in the sun and let them live in the sun for a little while.
it's not vitamin D that amps up. It's everything. It's every B vitamin. It's every single mineral.
It amps up. And also many things you can't even test that the medical community can't even go
near that spirit knows about. I'm saying all this for a reason. Because with PTSD,
there's reasons why we're dealing with it. Something happens in our body,
and it's not going to be discovered for a long time. But I'm thankful, I really am,
that it's even recognized, that we're still not back with, well, it's shell shock. Well,
it's homesickness. I'm glad we're still not really back to there. We're a little bit further
along with all the great minds and the great science. We're just, now we have a new label
for it. But look, I talk about this with passion. I sound, you know, kind of like slightly sarcastic
because I've seen people suffer from it. I really have. And it's maddening and it's no fun. And it
hits us in every corner. You know, it really does. It really touches the fabric of our lives.
It really does. I'm serious about this. There's got to be things that you know about.
Hey, if the raccoons are in the alley knocking over cans and you lose a night's sleep,
you might be able to get over that.
But if it's happening every night for weeks and in the alley,
the raccoons are knocking all those garbage cans around,
you might start coming unglued.
And even when those raccoons go away and they're locked out of that trash yard
and they're not able to go in there and push over cans,
all you have to do is hear a peep or a squeak,
and you're going to be like your mind's going to be racing.
You're going to be out the window thinking the raccoons are out there.
It hits us in every angle.
So what goes wrong?
What is it?
What's happening?
What's going on?
There's a part of our brain and body that becomes allergic.
I don't mean allergic like you're allergic to wheat.
You know the whole deal.
You're allergic to wheat.
You're allergic to whatever.
I'm not talking about that or allergies where we got ragweed and it's flying around out there.
and, hey, I'm sensitive to hay fever, you know, hay, sensitive to ragweed.
It's not that kind of allergy at all.
It's a different kind of allergy.
It's your body protecting yourself.
It's an allergy.
You become allergic to something that's affecting you.
Your body puts up its guard.
It really does because it's trying to protect you.
It's trying to push you away from it.
It's trying to keep you away from it is what it's doing.
It's keeping you away from the allergy.
The allergy is the trauma.
The allergy is being, you know, bullied.
The allergy is an experience in your life.
The allergy is an emotional problem, meaning that occurred in your life with someone,
maybe being backstabbed, maybe losing a loved one, maybe a breakup, a divorce.
Could be anything.
Could be anything.
And it becomes allergenic.
Allergenic.
It really does.
It really does.
Your body repels it.
Your body really repels this.
It repels the allergy with everything it has so you don't get soul damage and physical brain damage.
Physical brain damage.
So cells, neurons, electrical impulses don't light up too hot.
They don't become too hot.
And firestorms develop inside the brain with the electrical activity that occurs because their brain is all electrical.
It really is.
The brain is electrical.
The heart's electrical.
And what happens is that when it gets heated up and the electrical storm is going because you've been burned, because you've been insulted, because you've been hurt, because you've suffered a trauma, and that electrical storm, that heats up real fast inside the brain.
those electrical impulses start amping up and heating up real fast,
and they start taking things out.
They really do.
They start taking things out, taking things out,
meaning start burning up brain cells, start hitting tissue, heating up tissue.
And we need something to stop that.
And one of the things that stops that is the reaction, that knee jerk.
The knee jerk, I can't handle another bomb exploding.
I can't handle that bad friend of mine that I thought was my friend,
and now they're just saying something, and I know it's madness.
Or I can't handle that breakup I had.
I can't take another breakup.
I can't take another one.
I can't lose another soulmate.
I can't lose another kindred spirit.
I can't get sick again.
I can't get sick again.
People have PTSD when they've healed from their sickness.
I know because I've recovered so many who have healed from their illness and have gotten better.
And they're scared about getting sick again.
So if they get a symptom, maybe an old symptom that came back a little bit.
Maybe they had a severe neurological problem and they were recovered.
And then they just got a little twitch once in a while.
They would go into panic.
That's the PTSD.
Or going from doctor to doctor to doctor to doctor.
Exactly.
going to all the different doctors, looking for answers, spending thousands of dollars.
PTSD grows. It grows. And it gets strong. And we get allergic to it. We get allergic to
the things I'm talking about. We get allergic to going to doctor to doctor. We get allergic
to ever getting sick again. We get allergic to losing another friend. We get allergic to
that ambulance. We get allergic to all of it for a reason. The body revolts. It revolts to stop
the firestorm. It revolts to stop the electrical activity from starting fires. You know the phrase
dying out fires where there's a lot of problems to solve and you're solving problems, whatever
it is at your workplace, your home life. And it's like, whoa, just died out that fire. Yeah,
I just died out that fire.
Whoa, died out three fires today.
Those fires, that's kind of what it is.
But they run in the brain.
And when they ignite, they can injure the soul.
We talked about the soul last week.
This is part of the soul too.
There's some soul stuff in here.
It's the soul as well.
Those fires can start, ignite electrical impulses, glial cells, G-L-I-A-L, glial cells.
Cells in the brain, special cells in the brain.
they ignite, they catch fire.
So the body floods with adrenaline.
The body floods with adrenaline.
It's to protect you, but it hurts you too.
I know this all sounds scary, but we're going to take control over it.
We're not going to let it take us out.
We're going to take control over it.
We're going to get strong.
We're going to override our PTSD, all the different varieties of PTSD
that we all deal with, every one of us, every one of us.
And we're going to take control and we're going to override it.
And that's what we're going to do.
So adrenaline floods in the body.
So when you get that allergic reaction where,
whoa, I can't handle that one more time.
Obviously, I'm getting stressed out because my,
some things, you know, it's because the allergic reaction that's occurring,
then your adrenals start to flood.
Epinephrine starts to pump into the system.
Adrenaline's flooding all through the system to try to cool down the engine,
to try to stop the damage from occurring.
But the adrenaline, when doing this too long, too far, and doing it too many times,
and the reaction's occurring and the adrenaline's running, we start to burn up the engine too.
We start to burn up the engine in a different way, kind of a corrosive battery acid way.
So we need to restore from all this.
Look, planet Earth is not easy.
I understand that.
There's other planets that are really easy out there.
I'm positive about that.
They're nice and clean.
They're pristine.
There's no pollution.
There's no mercury in the ocean.
There's no radiation factories exploding left and right.
There's no nuclear stuff buried in all the deserts.
There's some clean planets out there.
It really is.
And since we don't live on a clean planet, we can defend ourselves 100% and take control and make ourselves stronger and heal and get past the PTSD.
I've seen people, last year, the winter, I don't know if any of you had a bad winter last year.
The snow piled up in New England, all through North America, even in Canada last year.
It's piled up endlessly.
It never stopped.
all I hear from people is I'm damaged from whatever that snowfall.
That was the hardest winter I've been through.
And I want to move to a warm place.
That's PTSD.
Can you believe that?
Can you believe that?
Just from that, the snow.
Exactly.
There are no limitations.
Unrecognized post-traumatic stress disorder, there's no limitations.
You can have a flu for two weeks or a cold for two weeks,
And I've seen PTSD from that alone, from hundreds of people, hundreds, maybe even thousands over all these years I've been doing this.
So this is what it's all about.
These wounds add up and we become sensitive.
This is physical, emotional trauma.
And here's the other piece.
Just get ready.
Hold on to your seat.
Fasten your seatbelts.
There's something else that's critical to why we get the PTSD,
why others get it more than others.
How about that?
How about everybody's different?
Someone can have the PTSD because of something that someone else would think
is ridiculously small, like running out of gas on the highway.
Somebody else would say, hey, move past it.
Fill your tank.
Forget about it.
That's what somebody else would say.
But then for someone else, it's really damaging.
And that fear comes over them.
Some people have different tolerances, different levels.
But why?
Why?
And what's the best the medical communities have?
I won't even tell you because it's too ridiculous with this.
It really is.
It's too ridiculous.
So can't even waste their time and energy.
What's happening is it's all about glucose.
in our brain, we have a glucose storage bank. This is like Fort Knox. This is where the liquid
gold is. There's a storage bank of glucose in the brain that's there for a lifetime that we have
right from the beginning when we're breastfed, right when we're breastfed. Because breast milk
is, guess what breast milk's made out of? Oh, you would think protein. No, it's not.
It's hardly any protein in breast milk.
Hardly any.
You think fat, there's got to be lots of fat in breast milk.
No, hardly any.
Breast milk is filled with sugar.
It's all sugar.
Because we need that infusion immediately.
Calv's milk, filled with sugar.
Goat's milk, filled with sugar.
All sugar.
Not all sugar, but mostly sugar.
Mostly sugar.
Y is for that storage. It is for that storage bank that has to start out when we're young.
We have to get that storage bank of sugar naturally from our mother's, our mother's milk.
And I don't mean go run out and buy cow's milk now because that's not going to bring your sugar
storage back up. That's not going to bring the sugar storage back up to where it needs to be.
but it's that sugar from the breast milk originally and it's sugar that protects us from
ptsd and it goes into that storage bank that storage bank i'm telling you about that's real
that's your glucose bank it really is that's your glucose bank you need to know
the brain runs on sugar and needs that storage bank there from long ago the brain runs on sugar
I don't care what anybody says that it runs on fat now.
I don't care if some fancy, spancy person came out of the woodwork with a new trend and dictates or declares that the brain runs on fat now.
It does not.
I'm telling you.
That's just another way to get down the wrong path.
It runs on sugar only, and that sugar cools down the engine.
It dies out the fire.
You heard me say it before.
You get to eat a hot pepper.
Is water going to help?
or is sugar going to help? Sugar cools down the hot pepper burn on the tongue.
If you're a child and you go to the dentist, what do you want after you just had your teeth drilled?
Do you want a lollipop? Do you want an ice cream filled with lots of table sugar?
Do you want a popsicle filled with lots of table sugar? What would you like? The reason why we
like these sweet rewards is we're trying to mainline sugar. Autotomically, we're trying to
do it instinctually, get sugar into the brain to build up that glucose reserve. Hey, look,
if you don't like what I'm saying, if you're one person, you're like, oh, this doesn't make sense.
And just hear me out and listen and work on healing your PTSD. Try some of the things I'm
going to tell you about. And then work on your PTSD. You might be surprised. You might not have
known you had some PTSD, and now you do. And now you can work on it. Now you can actually work on
it because I pointed it out. So it's that glucose reserve we need in the bank. It stops the
adrenaline from burning out the glial cells, the neurons. Those neurons are precious, every last
one of them. They're precious. They really are. And that sugar, that keeps those babies from
burning out. So you don't get Alzheimer's. So you don't get dementia. So you don't have PTSD.
So you don't have high anxiety. So you don't have all these different things that occur in the soul
and in the brain, the physical brain. And will medical science catch up to this? I don't know.
I don't know.
I really don't know.
Maybe I'll be, you know, I don't know.
Maybe I'll be in my 90s by the time it happens.
I got no clue.
So what can we do?
What can we do besides comfort food?
What can we do besides comfort food like cakes and cookies when we have been injured?
What happens when your heart's broke?
First, you don't eat at all.
That's the first thing that happens.
That's because you're running on adrenaline.
When your heart's broke, you run on adrenaline so you don't eat at all.
Second, when you start eating, you don't want anything really healthy.
You want the cakes and the cookies and the bread and the macaroni and cheese and the pasta and the sweets and the chocolates and the chocolates.
The chocolate craze is because people have that much PTSD.
That's why the chocolate craze is so out of control in the world right now.
That's right.
People just need their chocolate because of everything they've been through.
everything they experience, all the different trials,
all the different experiences, all the different emotional experiences.
They need that because they're looking for that sugar.
But we don't want that one necessarily.
We want the right kind that goes to the brain.
We want sugar that's loaded with phytochemicals, anthocyanins, vitamins and minerals,
antioxidants that help repair and heal the brain.
That's what we want.
And we're going to talk about those.
One thing we can do also to help heal PTSD, one thing we can do is create new experiences.
This is really important.
If you feel like you've been wounded, if you feel like you got post-traumatic stress disorder,
if you feel any of that going on, you start creating new experiences.
Do the little things that you love the most, that you forgot that you did, that you forgot that you do.
Start painting. Start hiking. Start walking. If you don't feel good and you can barely walk,
walk a little bit where you can. If you can draw and you like drawing, do drawing. If you like
sewing, singing, if you like to sing, bring on some singing. If you like puzzles, bring on puzzles.
If you don't like any of these, try some of these. If there's something else you like that gives you
joy, take it on. Take it on. As long as it's safe, take it on. Don't bungee jump. Don't jump off a
bridge with a rubber cord. It's not really fun. But you can definitely do other things.
Create new experiences. Go bird watching. Take walks on different trails that you like.
Watch the sunset.
We're going to cover the sunset.
Let's do that.
Let's cover the sunset.
The sunset is what spirit has taught me as being one of the most profound and powerful ways to heal from PTSD.
You just have to try it.
I talked about this in one of the early shows.
But it's that profound.
It's that powerful.
It's that life-changing.
And it won't let you down.
It won't.
watching the sun set, the sunset medication.
That's what I call it, the sunset medication, not sunset meditation.
And it involves also the sunrise.
Sunrise and the sunset, but the sunset is the key.
That's the medication needed.
That's the drug needed.
That's the chocolate needed.
That's the bad sugar needed,
the cakes and cookies and donuts that are needed. It really is. Sunset meditation,
which I call sunset medication. But this is an amazing process. What you do is you've watched
the sunset before, right? You've watched the sunset before. It's healing. People talk about it.
Hey, catch a sunset. It's a beautiful thing. And it could be relaxing. But you have to know why
you're watching the sunset. You have to know why. And if you can't get to a beach, if you can't get
to a place where you see the sun, if you can't see the sun setting because you're in an office
building or whatever it is, you just have to dial in your clock, set your alarm, knowing when it's
about to set and spend those five minutes being mindful and in the present about when it's going
to set. That's what you need to do. You really do. So as the sun's setting, something occurs
when you're aware of it. And this only works when you're aware of it. I repeat, you have to be aware
of it. You have to know why you're doing it. You're doing this to fix your PTSD because you're doing
this to regain trust. You're watching the sunset to regain trust from broken trust, from being hurt
in so many different ways, from visiting doctor after doctor, from not getting answers for 20 years,
from anything, from people, you know, betrayal, from anything else that's happened in your life.
From losing friends, from being bullied, you name it. And what this does is it rebuilds your trust
in the soul, helps the brain to heal. When you know you're watching the sunset, it's like an old
friend that's letting you down. The sun's letting you down. As the sun's dropping,
it's letting you down. Something in your soul makes it feel sad, makes you feel like it's
letting you down because the sun's dropping, it's going down. And this connects directly to the soul
of loss and trust, trust breaking, because you became connected to the sun in a different way
than you ever have before. And when that sun goes down, you feel like you lost an old friend.
you feel like someone might have let you down.
It doesn't trigger off PTSD when the sun goes down.
It won't do that.
But it'll reconnect to the soul all the times your PTSD did occur in different ways
in a way that you won't feel it.
You'll just feel kind of like, oh, wow, it's a little sadness,
and you'll be connected to that.
And then the next morning as the sun starts rising,
without you knowing you don't even have to see the sun rising,
something ignites like a fire inside the soul that's a healthy fire. A connection ignites and
your spirit starts to rebuild. Your soul starts to rebuild. And all that PTSD starts weeding out
weeds. That's exactly weeds. They just start being pulled out, pulled out. And as the sun
rise, it will never let you down. It will always keep rising. The sun will never let you down
like others have, like other things in life, it will always keep rising. And even though we're on
this polluted planet and we're living that way and whatnot, the sun's not polluted. We've never
been on there enough to make it dirty and fill it with mercury and fill it with radiation and
everything else. It's pure. And that pureness comes through and it protects us and it shocks
us into moving forward and healing. And it never lets you down and it keeps on rising. And if you
do this therapy, if you do this sunset medication, if you do this often and you do this three times
a week, twice a week, five times a week, and you get into the habit and rhythm of things, it's
life-changing and your PTSD will minimize. Not only minimize, start to be freed because the
weeds are lots of different experiences you've had over the years of PTSD and those weeds get
pulled out. Let's talk about the top foods for PTSD, foods that have sugar in them. If that
offends you because of a trend or a fad, I understand. Because I'm like everybody else too.
I like trends and fads. It's catchy. We're a human race that loves the kind of catchy stuff.
So I could get caught onto something and then spirit tells me, no, that's wrong. I'd be like,
whoa, but I like it. It's like cool. And it sounds right. And spirit will say, no, that's a trend,
but it's not a good trend. So we're going to talk about sugar, bananas, the fructose,
the fructose for the brain, bananas. There's so much ridicule about banana,
so much negativity about a banana when it's so loaded with the right amino acids. It's so loaded
with the right fructose, the right kind of sugar for the brain. It's so loaded with everything
needed to keep the brain strong. So if you're eating one banana a month because you're worried
Don't do that.
Cherries.
Cherries are rich in antioxidants and melatonin, but encapsulate it with fructose.
Fructose carries melatonin to the brain.
Fructose carries antioxidants to the brain.
That's the carrier.
It really is.
It's the carrier to get to the brain.
Wild blueberries.
I talked about it last week.
It's the metaphysical food on the planet.
It's not that high in sugar.
It's usually low in sugar, but it's a metaphysical food.
It's withstood the test of time, and it's from another place.
It's infused with the holy light, the holy source, the universe, God.
That fruit is amazing for healing PTSD.
Celery.
Celery is mineral salts.
mineral salts and co-mineral salts, co-mineral salts, and micro-mineral salts,
all these that are not even discovered.
Just so you know, we're really in this remedial place of discovery for what's in food.
We really are.
And spirit knows that there's all these different levels of micro-minerals.
They're still not discovered.
They're co-factor minerals, not just trace minerals.
I'm not talking about trace minerals.
These are even smaller and they're more diverse.
Potatoes.
If you're afraid of potatoes, I'm going to tell you what to be afraid of.
Be afraid of the butter and the milk and the fried oil and everything else that goes on a potato.
Because a regular potato helps with PTSD.
It helps repair the damage.
Butternut squash packed with nutrition on every level for the brain and nervous system.
And ginger.
And I'm not saying you have to live off all these foods.
I'm saying that you just have to bring one in.
Bring one or two in, maybe a day or every other day.
Don't be afraid there.
Supplements for PTSD, L-3-N-8.
It's T-H-E-R-E-O-N-A-T-E.
L-3-N-8.
It's a magnesium.
A brand I like is Life Extension.
They have a good one called Neuromag, N-E-U-R-O, Neuromag.
Also Magmind, that's another brand.
Liquid B12, the one I always talk about, adenosilcobalamin, not the methicobalamin,
adenosilcobalamin, it heals PTSD. It's the one for the nervous system. So look out for that.
B-complex is good. That's a great one too. If you like magnesium, magnesium glycinate.
Don't do the citrate. Magnesium glycinate. That's better for post-traumatic stress disorder.
Melatonin.
You can experiment with a little melatonin.
Take a little and see how you feel with it.
It does help relieve post-traumatic stress disorder.
So these are some of the things.
So let's take some calls.
I think we burned up a lot of time on this one.
It's a really important one.
That's why.
So we're going to hear from line one, Teresa.
Hi, Teresa.
Hi.
How are you?
Good, good.
I can't wait to watch the sunset.
you just you just inspired me you just you just inspired me just now i'm gonna watch it tonight
well i'm on it i'm with you you know when i'm watching it i'll be thinking about you we'll
watch it together oh thank you yeah it actually that'll even make it more powerful everybody get
someone you know to do the same thing watch the sunset and and amplify it even more we will do it
the family. We always say goodnight to the sun, but we're usually running around and don't get
to watch the sunset. Yeah, I totally get it. So you're feeling some strange mystery symptoms.
You went to the doctor at all? I did. I went to a few doctors. And I just have some strange
moving joint pain. Any tingles? Any tingles at all? Yeah, tingling and numb pain on my arms and
legs and feet and back and neck pain.
Yeah.
Spirit says tingles for sure, because this is all nerve related.
This is nerve inflammation.
Now nerve inflammation is not enough to know like, like, you know, so if you do find someone
and they're like, oh, well you're inflamed.
Well, it's, it's actually the nerves being affected.
That's what's happening.
This is really common.
Spirit tells me with you, it's a common Epstein bar.
So when you go to the doctor, yeah, when you go to the doctor, they can't test for it because you had it when you were younger.
Not necessarily all these symptoms, but you had mononucleosis at one time and you may not even remembered it.
And you could have had it for a week in your life.
And then it goes away because it only mono only comes on real heavy with some people.
Most people, it's a sore throat for about five days and that's it.
So you had mono one time in your life.
Now this is the other stage of it.
Later on, it turns into this.
This is Epstein-Barr.
Spirit tells me so.
Do you have a naturopath you can go to and talk to him about it?
I do.
Well, you should definitely talk to him about it.
And do the base.
I mean, I would, if I were you and you were me, whatever, I would do the baseline to some of the supplement shows, the supplement show I did.
What is the baseline of certain things that you can use?
Build up your immune system.
It's a variety of Epstein-Barr.
When the doctor tests for it, he won't give it credibility because he doesn't understand it's not in your bloodstream anymore.
I wrote about this in my book.
It's one of the greatest misconceptions of this century is the fact that the virus isn't in the bloodstream anymore.
So they pass it off as, oh, that can't be it.
And then you go walking away with some other bogus diagnosis.
So you go to your naturopath and you talk to your naturopath and say, look, what can you do for me for Epstein-Barr?
and then work on some of the other stuff I was saying.
Okay.
And watch the sunset.
I'm so glad you told me that you're doing that.
I will, for sure.
So they're sending me to a neurologist.
Do you think that's necessary?
I mean, look, if you go to the neurologist, it's your tolerance.
Look, I don't have to live in your body.
And what that means is it's how much you can tolerate going to a neurologist
and getting either the same diagnosis, which I call a non-diagnosis,
a neurologist is not going to know this is the problem, but it's your body.
You have to live in it.
You see what your tolerance is, see what your PTSD levels are,
seeing the neurology.
Maybe it won't be that much PTSD, and you can deal with a bogus thing.
But go to your naturopath, and like I said, too, okay?
Okay, thanks so much.
I'm still going to stay in your lottery,
So hopefully I'll get an appointment with you sometime too soon.
Oh, I'm sorry about that lottery system.
I really am.
Well, you're needed everywhere.
Well, thank you for all you're doing.
I sure appreciate it.
I learned so much from your shows.
I take notes.
Well, listen, you need it too.
You're needed is what I'm saying.
So many rely on you.
So we need you healthy.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
Line five, we have Gail.
Hi, Gail.
Hello.
Hi. Dealing with any PTSD at all?
Well, I'm not sure if I am. I'm just wondering if, like, excess or inability to lose, like, a telepath thing or does weight loss issues have anything to do with PTSD?
I had a major birth trauma with my last daughter, and she was born on the highway with some police ramming our car, and we spun around, and oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Yeah, it was crazy.
That's unbelievable.
It was pretty crazy.
You know, I was just talking to Spirit right when you're saying that, and Spirit and I are saying, thank God you're safe.
Thank God your daughter's safe, and we're just really happy you're here talking.
Yes, I am too.
Yeah, we love you for surviving.
Yeah, I think we were supposed to survive, maybe to bring the story to the world.
I'm not sure.
Well, we love you for surviving, okay?
Yeah, thank you.
We love you for surviving.
I love you guys too.
Yeah, you're amazing.
You're absolutely, truly amazing.
You really are.
Spirit says your liver's really sluggish.
And you know what?
When you're in experiences and going through experiences, you get a lot of adrenaline from the experience.
The adrenaline does a lot of different things.
It makes the liver really sluggish.
It makes the liver really slow to act.
You know, what I would do is lower your fats a little bit in your diet.
Like keep your fat levels down a little bit, meaning your bad fats.
Bring in the healthier fats, like bring in more avocado.
Bring in more, you know, some nut butter.
Bring in some coconut oil.
You've heard of coconut oil, I'm sure.
Yeah, I've been doing that.
I've been kind of pretty much paleo for the last year, probably.
Yeah, good, because what that does is that'll lower your bad fats at least,
because I know that the paleo peeps, they're really into not doing the bad fats,
and they like their animal products nice and lean.
What I would do is even lower the animal products a touch more just to give the liver a break,
because you might not be gauging it right on how much fat levels are in these healthier animal
proteins. So kind of bring it down a little bit more and bring up the more plant fats a little
higher. Bring in the celery juice I talk about. That really does lift the liver where it needs to
be and brings the liver back together. Bring that celery juice in and make sure you're drinking,
you know, like 12 ounces, 16 ounces of celery juice once a day.
Okay, Gail?
Okay, and I was doing that for about a week,
and I know it needs to go longer than that.
So is there anything, you have the recipe in your book, is that right?
Oh, yeah, totally.
It's there without a doubt.
And the book's coming out pretty soon for sure.
And keep tuned in to everything on Facebook because I offer so much of that on there too,
and Pinterest as well, there as well.
Gail, listen, you're really amazing, and I believe in you,
and thank you for calling.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate it.
All right.
Okay.
Bye-bye.
So we have line seven, June.
Hi, June.
Hi, Anthony.
What's going on?
I have a daughter that's kind of been a tortured soul for many years.
Oh, God.
And I'm kind of desperate to help her.
Oh, my God.
How old is she?
She's 33 now.
Yeah.
You know, well, she's a kid.
She's a kid, you know, and I completely understand.
You know, when our children get into their 30s, we still see a mess.
They're still children, no matter what.
And so she's been suffering a long time.
Is she willing to do things naturally?
Is she willing to do things?
She has been, but I think it's gotten so bad now that she's lost hope.
It's not too late.
It's not too late.
We don't want to lose hope.
We really don't.
Yeah, we don't.
You have to, you have to, is there anything that gives her joy?
Animals give her joy.
That has to be, that has to be in her life at all times.
Okay.
She has a cat.
She's in a small apartment, so she has a cat.
Oh, okay.
That, that, that's good.
That's good.
And then you have to ask her, you have to kind of probe and say, what else can give you joy
that used to give you joy or at one time give you joy,
even if it's not giving her joy now.
You have to make sure you bring in things into her life
and create new experiences.
You have to create small new experiences.
That's what you have to do for her.
It's not, we don't want to lose hope
because this is going to be okay.
She can get past this.
She can move past this.
There's no doubt.
So you want to create these new experiences
and you want to bring that into her life.
See if she'll do the sunset that we talked about in this show.
Okay.
And look at the last show we did and see if she'll do anything else,
like gazing at the stars or anything else that I mentioned in the last show.
We need to build her soul back up and build her spirit back up is what we need to do.
Now, spirit tells me, the spirit I talked to tells me she owns her soul.
She owns it outright.
It's hers.
There's no lost pieces.
But spirit tells me her will and her spirit is just dim.
And we're going to build that back up.
Okay.
All right.
That's what I want you to do.
And just know that my heart's with you, June.
And I'm going to let you go and do those things and bless your heart.
Bless your heart.
Okay.
Thank you so much for the help, Anthony.
Thank you for your work.
Appreciate it.
Thank you for the love and kindness.
Bless your heart.
Bye-bye.
So we're coming to the end of the show.
It's always sad because I wish I can give more out of information in our time.
Also follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest,
where every day I post healing powers of fruits, healing powers of vegetables,
herbs and spices and teas that are decades ahead of the information that's out there now.
And also recipes are in there too and inspirations to move forward on your healing journey.
So make sure you head to Facebook, The Medical Medium and the medicalmedium.com website.
Listen, it's all about your healing.
That's what it's about.
And that's what matters to me the most.
You know, when I was a child and I was given this gift, I couldn't understand that at the very beginning.
I wanted everybody to be better and feel better.
But as I grew a little bit older and got into my teens, I realized, you know what?
It's about you.
It's about you healing.
It's not about me.
It's not about me.
It's about you.
It's critical that you learn the tools.
While I'm here and I can hear spirit and give you the tools so you can move forward with your life.
That's all that matters.
That's how I sleep at night.
Knowing you're getting this information.
And if we can't get the information to you, then I don't sleep at night.
I need everybody better.
Everybody well.
I love you.
Be well.
Many blessings.
And I'll see you next week and the week after and so forth.
